Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making Uobo-Connect usable by everyone.
Last updated: May 25, 2026
Our Commitment
Uobo-Connect is committed to ensuring that our website and voice services are accessible to people with disabilities. We believe everyone deserves a seamless experience, regardless of ability or assistive technology.
Standards and Guidelines
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our design and development process incorporates accessibility checks for keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, color contrast, and responsive layouts.
What We Are Doing
- Using semantic HTML and proper heading structures across all pages.
- Ensuring sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements.
- Supporting keyboard-only navigation without loss of functionality.
- Providing alt text for images and descriptive labels for forms and controls.
- Maintaining focus indicators and logical tab order throughout the site.
- Testing with screen readers and automated accessibility tools.
Voice Service Accessibility
Our voice AI is designed to understand a wide range of speech patterns and accents. Callers can speak naturally, repeat themselves, or request clarification at any time. If a caller needs to reach a human agent, the system supports immediate escalation.
Known Limitations
We are continuously improving. Some third-party embedded content or integrations may not yet meet the same accessibility standards we apply to our own code. We work with vendors to address these gaps.
Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or during a call, please let us know. We take feedback seriously and will do our best to resolve issues promptly.

Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review our site regularly, update components as standards evolve, and train our team to build inclusively from the start.
